I bike..alot everyday anywhere from 5 miles and 20 on a good day. My muscles are all toning up but doesn’t seem to be improving my inner thighs. Am I just impatient or is there something I can do while biking to help these areas?

You have to use cycling shoes with clipless pedals. When cycling with the shoes on, make sure you keep the tension with you leg muscles coming up from the turn and not just by pushing on the pedals. That should engage you inner thigh muscles a little bit. Cycling is not the best for that muscle group, since the motion mostly deals with vertical pressure. Inner thighs are excercised by lateral/horizontal tension.
Inner as in upper?
Well, i have been a competitive cyclist sense I was 5, and 8 years later, i still have slightly soft thighs, but if you are patient then they will harden up!
Try riding 1+ gear harder, and it’ll make your legs push harder.
If your not feeling it, then your not making any progress
Also, try lunges.
Actually U Just Have To Be A Bit more patient!
U Might Not notice but just keep on cycling!
If U Want It 2 Be More effective then try riding faster or more if u can!
U can also try riding uphills! (COMING DOWN THE HILL IS SOOOOO FUN!!!!!)
Hope This helps!

I have the same problem, my legs are pretty much tones except for my inner thighs. I know it helps to climb hills and on some long rail trail rides at a brisk pace I can feel a slight burn there. I was going to set up the cable pull on my exercise equipment to target those muscles but I haven’t yet. You got me thinking about it again. I did find this exercise that doesn’t require any equipment.

Another exercise you can do is squats. You want to put you feet about shoulder width apart and point you toes out at a 45 % angle. It really hits those inner thigh muscles.
